SUMMARY
Zuri Chat is a communication platform providing a seamless way for anybody to easily collaborate and connect with others. The goal of Zuri is simple, provide a space with all the tools you'll need to easily connect and interact
My goal was to work with the team to provide the desired designs (Web, Mobile, and Desktop which would reflect the Brand's vision.

The Challenge we have with communication
People need to connect. They need to be able to share information, work together and stay in phase with one another. Communication is and has been paramount for co-existence and teamwork
There has been major growth in the number of productivity software for the team and this has increased over the years, with all the software aimed at achieving one goal. Bridging the gap between people but there still remain some major challenges in terms of communication
- Having Multiple Tools for communication: It gets tiring having to move from one software to the other when I need a different feature. Imagine having to communicate with my team on one platform and having to switch to another one when tit's time for brainstorming, or managing sales on one platform and having to check my to-do lists on another platform. Why can't we have it all in one
- Lack of proper management in communication teams: One f the reasons why communication might flop in an organization is because there is a flaw in the organization's management tools. This has led to the wrong choice of tools, misinformation, and lack of clear understanding and also making things harder for new employees

While designing Zuri Chat, we knew that to make management easier and better, we had to ensure the organization was top-notch. For this, we designed Zuri to be flexible and have a fully customizable type of Government. We did this by building Zuri based on a Decentralized Autonomous Organization

Zuri Chat like any other collaboration platform provides opportunities to send direct messages to people and also Channels, a way to send group messages to a selected number of persons in an organization
Collaborate Effortlessly with an inbuilt whiteboard
One major collaboration tool is a whiteboard which is used for sharing ideas and brainstorming in real-time. Having a whiteboard makes it easy to share ideas in a jiffy
Access Files and Messages in your Workspace Effortlessly
With the search tool, find previously shared messages, files, and links with ease. Zuri Chat uses a highly sophisticated search algorithm to dig out your data
Conclusion
Zuri Chat is an ongoing project which is currently live and being worked on by the team. For this reason, there would be some limitations to the amount of information that can be shared. Zuri is the future of collaboration
